Complimentary Consultation
Consultations are not therapy sessions but an opportunity to meet with a therapist before committing to ongoing work. This time allows you to ask questions about their approach, ensure their expertise aligns with your needs and goals, and get a feel for whether you feel comfortable and supported in their care.
Adult Therapy- Ages 18+
Adult Therapy (18+) is designed to support you through the complexities of adulthood—whether you're navigating parenthood, career shifts, identity, burnout, past wounds, or a desire for deeper self-understanding. We welcome individuals from all walks of life, including those who identify as LGBTQIA2S+, neurodivergent, BIPOC, or are in non-traditional life paths. Our therapists offer a warm, attuned space where you can explore emotions, challenge old narratives, and connect with what truly matters to you. We’re here to walk alongside you—at your pace—as you work toward clarity, healing, and a more grounded sense of self.
Adolescent Therapy- Ages 12 to 17
Adolescent Therapy (ages 12–17) is tailored to the unique needs of teens navigating this dynamic and often complex stage of life. Important Note: A parent/guardian is required to attend the intake session with the adolescent and to complete the intake forms.
We welcome all identities and experiences, including LGBTQIA2S+ youth, neurodivergent teens, and those exploring who they are in the world. Our therapists create a grounded and empowering space where adolescents can speak openly, feel truly heard, and gain tools to better understand themselves. Whether it’s school stress, friendships, family dynamics, identity exploration, anxiety, or big emotions, we support teens in expressing themselves, challenging unhelpful patterns, and building confidence. While each therapist brings their own style, we all lead with compassion, authenticity, and a deep commitment to helping teens grow, heal, and thrive.
Couples & Relationship Therapy
Couples & Relationship Therapy is inclusive of all relationship structures—whether you're married, dating, LGBTQIA+, monogamous, polyamorous, or somewhere in between. Our therapists offer a respectful and nurturing space where each partner can share their emotions and experiences openly. We focus on building trust, emotional safety, and ensuring everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. In therapy, you’ll gain practical tools to strengthen connection, deepen intimacy, and navigate conflict with more understanding and care. Together, we’ll honour your relationship’s strengths and gently explore its challenges to support growth, healing, and deeper connection.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is available for both adults (18+) and adolescents (12-17) and is offered to returning clients following an initial intake session.
EMDR is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps the brain reprocess and integrate distressing memories that may be contributing to current emotional or physical symptoms. While the memory itself remains, the intensity of emotions, body sensations, and negative beliefs connected to it can shift significantly. Using guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR taps into the brain’s natural healing ability—helping experiences that once felt stuck begin to soften, settle, and find resolution.
Integrated Yoga and Individual Therapy
Integrated Yoga and Individual Therapy is available to returning adult clients (18+) following an initial intake session. These sessions blend guided yoga and/or mindfulness meditation with the insight and support of traditional talk therapy. This mind-body approach weaves together movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and self-awareness.
In these sessions, you are invited to explore various practices that encourage exploration and autonomy with how you move and breathe to foster a greater depth of reconnection with yourself. Over time, these practices often support resilience, awareness, and a greater sense of ease that compliments the integrated individual therapy work.
